Taster evenings of Scottish Country Dancing

On Tuesday 9th September, join the Saltdean social dance group at Saltdean County Primary School, Chiltington Way, Saltdean, BN2 8HB.

On Thursday 11th September join the Hove Beginners' class at the Ventnor Hall, Central United Reformed Church, 102 Blatchington Road Hove BN3 3YF.

Beginners' and intermediate practice class

For new dancers to learn steps, formations and simple dances for fun and for dance events. Contact on 01273 731927

Thursdays 7.15 - 9pm for Beginners
Thursdays 8.45 - 10pm Intermediate

Advanced practice class 1

For experienced dancers. Includes teaching for the RSCDS Dancing Proficiency Test if requested. Contact Rodney Burrows on 01903 783053

Technique class

Mixed, social class

Children's country dance class

Fees

For members of RSCDS, under-16s and 16-25s in full-time education, the weekly fee is £2.50 per evening. You can get 20% off this price (to the nearest 50p) if you pay termly in advance.

Adult non-members pay £4 per evening.

Annual branch membership costs £17 (in 2008). Please use the A5 application form and pay Ray in July if you can, otherwise please hand the form and money to the teacher at the first weekly class you attend.

Classes will not run on the following dates this term

Tuesday 27 May - no Saltdean class

Friday 6th June - no Ventnor Hall classes
